AHHHHHHHHHH Delicatus

So we started the job out of Delicatus this week. So far we have the island (http://maplered.com) cut out and (http://maplered.com) I am starting the Ogee polish on it. I am very frustrated to say the least. I can not for the life of me get the edge to feel anything but lumpy.
Is this normal for the Stone (http://g603.net) ?
Should we go about getting the other polishing bits for the router?
Should we just sell the customer Uba Tuba spray painted various Colors (http://www.g640.net) and (http://maplered.com) say it is just natural to that Stone (http://g603.net) ?

More or less, help me because I am going crazy so far for only working on this Stone (http://g603.net) for a couple days.
